General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, contracts, deliveries and services of

Fa. Schidlo / Modelle, Prototypen - Hausheimer Str. 13 - 92348 Berg.

1.	Order acceptance / conclusion of contract
1.1	All offers are subject to change until the acceptance of the order. Schidlo is only bound to price quotations for 30 days after the date of the offer.

1.2	The acceptance of the order requires the written confirmation of Schidlo, which can also be in the execution of the service and issue of a delivery note or invoice.

1.3	Changes to the contract, including individual measures or specifications by the customer, require written confirmation by Schidlo.

1.4	Insofar as Schidlo carries out change requests from the customer, Schidlo is in any case entitled to appropriate additional compensation for the change effort.
